There are a handful of outreach events that we do every year, but the dates are not decided at this time. Below is a description of these events. So keep an eye out for the official date and details!
Easter Weekend Events
For a handful of years, Rush Creek has had an Easter Weekend Celebration often featuring a Good Friday "Old Hymn" Night, Saturday Easter Egg Hunt for kids, and Easter Morning Service at the Ritz Theatre in Rockville, IN. This weekend is always exciting and powerful, as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Keep an eye out the specific dates and time for these events. We are excited that since we finished our building project at Rush Creek, we now hold all of our Easter Weekend Events at our church Worship Center!
Vacation Bible School - Summer
Vacation Bible School is an incredible time of year for the Rush Creek Friends community. VBS is a week-long venture where children ages 3 to 8th grade can come and learn the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every day is full of games, lessons, music, prizes, and snacks!
Youth Basketball Camps - Summer
In 2019 we held our first youth basketball camp, and look forward to having more in future. God has blessed us with a wonderful updated building which includes a full-size basketball court and goals. We will be installing a new floor in the next few months! Keep an eye out for future basketball camp dates!
(Men - we are considering putting together a men's basketball league between local churches in the future as well!)
